Membership Category
Start from 150,000 Baht spent (1,500 points).
- Silver card: Return guests / spent less than 1,000,000 Baht
- Gold card: Return guests / spent more than 1,000,000 Baht
Earning Points
- For every 100 Baht spent from using Pimalai service will earn 1 point. Including service charges & taxes (Rounding off points: 0-50 Baht = 0 point / 51-99 Baht = 1 point).
- Enrollment from Pimalai website earns 200 points
- Introduce a friend to join our program, earns 10 points if provide valid contact information and earns 100 points if his/her friend book room(s).
- Points are collected and valid for 5 years starting from check-out date. Unused points will be deducted by 20% every year.

Terms and Conditions
- Free night is redeemed in Deluxe room, Bayfront Deluxe room, Pavilion Suite one bedroom and Pavilion Suite two bedrooms only.
- Points can be transferable, but cannot be sold.
- Points are collected after enrollment has completed.
- Rewards are not usable during December 21st – January 10th (Peak season).
- Free night cannot be redeemed in cash or refundable.
- Booking upon availability.
- Validity of redemption period – 5 years from membership date (validity cannot be extended).
