I just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for a wonderful week at the Pimalai (22-29 March). From the collection at the airport, speed boat to the hotel and return to the airport the hospitality could not have been better.The staff are professional but extremely friendly. I don't think enough credit is given to your dining experiences in reviews. The Seven Seas Restaurant is divine, we dined there 3 times during our week and every meal was superb. Franck is a true professional and has time for everyone and this is reflected in the whole hotel. A wonderful experience which continued all the way back to the airport.
