Hello Franck,

On behalf of my family, I wanted to express our heartfelt appreciation for the effort you and your staff made to ensure our holiday was the best we’ve ever had!  My husband’s business partner recommended your resort to us, after his own holiday earlier this year – “everybody should experience Pimalai Resort & Spa at least once in a lifetime”.

The attention to detail, the incredible friendliness and service, the natural setting and hotel grounds, the amenities and everything else made this a unique experience.  Truly unique for us in the sense that we will not be looking for a different resort for our next big beach holiday (we have always wanted to experience different hotels in different parts of the world).  We are aiming at bringing a party of friends back to Pimalai in 2 years – what more could a different hotel offer, even with the generous upgrade?

Feel free to use any of these words in your marketing.

Chris, I have copied you in on this as this definitely is a holiday destination worth promoting hard, as I will be doing from the U.K.!
