Bonjour/Sawasdee! We wanted to write a brief note expressing our sincere appreciation of the time we spent at Pimalai Resort & Spa. As you know we visited in 2004 and returned recently to enjoy the peaceful tranquil surroundings and first class hospitality once again.....ITS BEEN AMAZING! Our stay here has been nothing short of outstanding and we particularly wanted to thank you for the upgrade to a Pavilion suite and the lovely bottle of bubbles on arrival. In our opinion the staff, service and facilities are "exceptional". And its so refreshing to be greeted with such graciousness and warmth from your staff each morning and throughout the day. They are all so beautifully natured and friendly. Pimalai is breathtaking. Its the jewel in the crown and it's easy to see why you are one of the worlds best. Words simply can not describe how beautiful this place is. I will be recommending this little slice of heaven to our friends and family back home who wish to indulge in a bit of luxury and spoil themselves. Its credit to you and your team that our long journey here has been so memorable. We hope to return again next October all things going to plan!
