What Mr. Jason Osborn - Agent Culsen Travel - 31 August to 7 September 2011 says about "Services" ?

Excellent hotel. Well kept grounds. Excellent staff. Attentive. Customer service exeplary. There really wasn't anything that I could fault the hotel on or felt could improved. True, it was low season and therefore not as busy as I'm sure it could be but was excellent, from the being met at Krabi airport to the transfers, there and back. Pool Villa was lovely!
