We had the pleasure of choosing The Pimalai for our stay from Nov 30 to Dec 14, 2010. Just to say we were very impressed with the level of service provided in all areas. The Pimalai is a wonderfully quiet and elegant Hideaway, and surely one of our favorite hotels in the World. Our special thanks go to Dick (Deputy Manager) and Jose (Restaurant Manager), and to all staff who made our stay so special - and there were many!

We’ve also been most grateful for the upgrade you provided which further enhanced our stay.
