Yesterday my mum called and said "Thank you for the bottle of Champagne". I just wanted to say THANK YOU Pimalai Team for make this happen. It was a perfect surprise for my parents. They really enjoy the service you deliver and mentioned that all hotel employees are extremely nice, obliging and helpful.. they have the feeling, that they have arrived in heaven... sounds like i must come to your place as well ;-) Thanks again to all involved in making this surprise happen...
