What Natalie and Nick : November 2010 says about "Accommodation" ?

Thank you very much for your follow up email enquiring about our stay. We both had a thoroughly enjoyable time and it will most certainly be a holiday to remember and one to recommend to our friends/family. We were perfectly looked after at the Pimalai resort – above and beyond what we could have expected. The staff were outstanding – from the guys on the beach, to the waiters, beauticians, maids and drivers. We could not find fault with anyone or anything. Dick (deputy manager) was particularly helpful to us and managed to cater for our every need and requirement even where our requests were not standard. He definitely made the stay the most comfortable and satisfying that it could be for us. Similarly the restaurant manager at the Seven Seas restaurant took care of us particularly well each night, again meeting our every need, together with the head chef (Danish man – whose name escapes me). He was most helpful and again performed above and beyond our expectations.

Our room was beautiful and the staff taking care of it couldn’t have done a better job or been more polite.

All in all it was a wonderful experience for both of us and we could only find praise for the entire establishment - on what is also a very beautiful Island!
