"Heavenly Bliss"

From the moment you step at the Pimalai Resort you're made to feel like royalty. The staff are absolutely spot on. The consistency and sincerity about going above and beyond is second to none. My wife and I were fortunate enough to have booked a pool villa and by the end of our stay it proved to be a masterstroke. Attention to detail whether at the villa, restaurants or even at the beach is just unbelieveable. The Genaral Manager Frank lead by example, making himself available at morning breakfast "working" the tables. Working in the retail environment, where service is paramont to success or failure, Frank and his team are right on the money. Dining onsite can be pricey, but with local establishments such as the "Why Not Bar", the wallet doesn't take such a big hit. I also strongly recommend booking a spa treatment stay as the Pimalai spa facility and staff are to die for. Pampering at its best with no regret on the extra expenditure. Well done to Frank and his staff for a memorable stay. For the romantics or those looking at recharging their batteries, please look no further than the Pimalai.
