“Degemer mat” Brittany says Khun Neng;

Sous chef de cuisine, Khun Neng, pictured 2nd from left, was invited for 4 weeks of cross exposure training at the Star Michelin restaurant “Ar Men Du”/, and at Michelin BiB Gourmand “Bistrot Chez Hubert”/ so as to further expand her knowledge on French cuisine techniques and in the optic of introducing a more refined menu at the award winning “Seven Seas” restaurant for which she is in charge. Both acclaimed restaurants are located in Brittany – France, west of the attractive city of Quimper and are worth the stop over if you are travelling in that part of France.
