The Seven Seas- Pimalai’s Signature restaurant.
As previously announced, “The Seven Seas” is one of a select group that has been honoured with the title: “One of Thailand’s Best Restaurants - 2011.” Chef Asker – of Danish origin - and who has been with us for the past 18 months has recently upgraded the menu and also will now recommend daily specials to further enhance our guests’ gustatorial experiences. New to the menu are:
Seabass Mediterranean style on polenta.
Roasted Phuket pineapple flamed Koh Samui rum
