Member's Benefits
This loyalty program is a rewards program designed for our current guests who collect points from their present expenses at Pimalai Resort & Spa and can then redeem these points to offset the costs of future visits to the resort. The program is also open for newcomers who would like to book and stay with us during this introductory period.
The points will be collected only from the date that the guests register to become a member.
Previous expenses made prior to the registration date cannot be used to collect points.
Membership Category
We classify our members into 3 categories subject to their expenses as follows:
- Normal card: Begins with member registration
- Silver card: For returning guests who have spent more than 500,000 Baht at the resort.
- Gold card: For returning guests who have spent more than 1,000,000 Baht at the resort.
Additional Benefits for Silver card members
- A bottle of Pimalai selected wine
- One Thai set dinner at Baan Pimalai restaurant
- Welcome spa vouchers worth 1,000 Baht.
- 25% discount on one island excursion - valid for the member only
- Priority reservation for a member who is on a waiting list
- Priority check-in
- Express check-out
- Daily newspaper in room
- Advance notice of special rate offers.
Additional Benefits for Gold card members
- A bottle of Pimalai selected wine
- One seafood BBQ buffet (or set BBQ dinner)
- One free 1 hour massage of your choice
- 50% discount on one island excursion - valid for the member only
- Priority reservation for a member who is on a waiting list
- Priority check-in
- Express check-out
- Daily newspaper in room
- Advance notice of special rate offers.
Earning Points
- Every 100 Baht spent on Pimalai services (including service charges & taxes) will earn 1 point. (Rounding off points: 0-50 Baht = 0 point / 51-99 Baht = 1 point).
- Enrollment Registration on the Pimalai website earns 200 points
- Introduce a friend to join our program, earns 10 points if valid contact information is provided and an additional 100 points if the friend makes a room reservation.

Terms and Conditions
- These loyalty program benefits are applicable after the membership registration has been completed
- Points earned will automatically be credited to your membership account after your check-out date and your account having been settled.
Members accumulate points only when expenses - accommodation, food & beverage, spa and others services - are directly booked & settled with the resort. (eg; accommodation or any other services booked and prepaid through a tour operator, a travel agent or any other third party will not be accounted as direct expenses at the resort and therefore will not generate any points)
- Unused points will automatically expire after 3 years
- Collected points can be transferred but cannot be refunded or sold
- Free night accommodations cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable
- Rewards are not usable during the period, December 21st - January 10th
- Free night accommodation does not include breakfast
- Member's benefits can only be redeemed when PLP Member has made his/ her accommodation reservation directly with Pimalai reservation office and by booking at the best available rate / offer as advertised on Pimalai website at that time.
