ScubaFish@ Pimalai Dive Center
The dive center was established first back in December 2002 with one simple mission, to give all of our guests a truly great diving experience both above and below the water... Today ScubaFish@pimalai provide a personal level of service, typically taking 6 to 8 divers accompanied by 2 or 3 German, English or Scandinavian instructors/dive guides on dive trips and conducting courses on a ratio of 1 instructor to 1 or 2 students.
New to diving? If so, you could experience diving for the first time with our discover scuba program or become a certified diver in only two days! A comprehensive range of PADI diver training and specialty courses are available, from beginner to Dive Master. With ScubaFish@Pimalai you learn to dive in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere; we utilize the latest PADI multimedia learning resources, and conduct our training sessions in the resort swimming pool, so you can prepare in comfort before your first open water experience.
"To avoid disappointment and help us provide a good service, we advise all customers to book diving or diving courses in advance."
ScubaFish@Pimalai Dive Center is open all year. November to April remains the best time for scuba diving, but from May to October there are still plenty possibilities to scuba dive around Koh Lanta. The dive center Scubafish @ Pimalai offers very good trips, essentially to Koh Haa, Ko Rok, Hin Daeng & Hin Muang and also to the southern islands such as Koh Kradan, Koh Mook or Koh Ngai; the boats depart from the Old Town pier on the Lanta east coast where the boats are moored. Scuba diving is of course subject to sea/ weather conditions and this all year around; from May to October, please note that a minimum number of divers is usually required to operate the boat trip – eg; minimum 4 divers for a trip to Koh Haa, minimum 6 for a trip to Hin Daeng.
